Welcome to the Technology Department of the Crestline Schools!
The technology department of the Crestline Exempted Village School District exists to provide networked services, information technology products, and end user support to our students, staff, and administration. Our district comprises 500 end-user workstations, server clusters, interconnecting devices, print and copy stations and access points. We recieve networked services including Software as a Service (SaaS) applications from our Information Technology Center, NCOCC (North Central Ohio Computer Cooperative).
Teachers may submit HelpDesk requests via the MyNCOCC Helpdesk application.
All students grades K-12 will have access to a 1:1 device district-wide. Students in grades 5-12 will be required to sign an acceptable use agreement before being assigned a Chromebook for use throughout the year.
Students in grades 9-12 will have the option of taking their Chromebook home if they have paid for the optional $20.00 Chromebook Care premium. Premium coverage details may be found within the Chromebook handbook. Students choosing not to take part in this program will have access to their Chromebooks each day while at school, and will be given a designated place to store them before leaving each day. Coming prepared with a charged Chromebook to school each day will be the responsibility of the student.
Damages to devices or accessories caused by negligence or willful intent will be charged to the student at full cost of repair or replacement as deemed necessary by the technology staff.
